Users on the site can be found by directly clicking their profile. If in case you saw someone online and can no longer find them, it could be one of these reasons:
1. They deactivated their profile.
An inactive user cannot be engaged in cloudromnce unless they decide to activate back
2. They have been deleted by admin.
Sometimes members that go against our terms and conditions can be removed from the site at any time permanently. This is also done to protect our users from fake profiles created to scam our singles.
3. They might have hidden their profile.
Any one can choose to go incognito and prevent people from searching their profile or viewing then on online lists. But in this case you will still be able to communicate with the user if you directly type their user name at the browser.
4. They blocked you.
If someone wants nothing to do with you they might choose to block your profile. If they do this they will disappear from you as you would varnish to them too. They can still unblock you when they visit the blacklist page.
